About Me

My self Prannay G Sharma. By education I am an engineer and also did my MBA. I am basically an educator, Mentor, Coach, Motivational Speaker & Ed tech Industry Expert. I have been part of the education industry since past 23+ years.
 
In my 23 years of career I have worked with major big brands in education field like Byju’s, Aakash, Vedantu, Narayana, etc. I worked in these firms not just as a professor but also being one of the important part of the management, marketing and sales team. I have worked for the positions of Professor, Vice President, AVP, Zonal Head, General Manager, Business Head. 
 
My career started in 1999 as a normal mathematics tutor. I gradually and slowly developed myself and looked a good growth in my career.
 
I worked in the field of business development, team building, sales development and customer acquisition. Sales, customer acquisition, product development and enhancement has always been my core strengths. I always keep on asking myself how I could improve these for a brand using my strengths.
 
I have been an achievement driven and high-performance professional. In my 23+ years of outstanding success in EdTech industry focusing on business operations, cost control and highest customer satisfaction. Being a significant contributor in maximizing revenue growth, operational performance & profitability by controlling costs, cultivating high margin opportunities and introducing targeted training initiatives. I also provided in-depth analysis of markets, industry trends, competitors and clients to improve strategic planning. Possessed a clear understanding of the trends in the training and education industry; instituting innovative techniques and quality solutions to achieve service excellence at the lowest overall costs seeking avenues of high strategic importance to contribute efficiently towards high margin growth of business and improve overall effectiveness.
 
I always believe if you want to conquer more success then always focus on how you can contribute more to business with new innovative ideas and doing things in a much better way. This is what I followed in my career and will keep following the same.
 
The most important thing I learned in my career is if you want to build a strong team then the team should be emotionally intelligent, they should spend time together, they should work together, care for each other. A strong team can only build a superb work culture and can give you a good business.

Mission

My mission is of starting an EdTech Organisation which will remove all the current loopholes in this industry and building such a platform which gives result-driven education to students and help them develop and grow in their future. the mission is in progress.

My belief is in empowering that type of learning which will solve every child’s learning needs with the synergy of superior technology and will allow all the students to be completely involved in their education.

My goal is to make education affordable for every citizen of our country by decreasing the costs normally an Indian parent spend on their child’s education.
